Coach Janice Donaldson

Janice Donaldson played Division 1 Lacrosse at Gardner-Webb University from 2016 to 2021. During her collegiate career, Janice was a 5-year starter and 3-year captain named to the Preseason All-Big South Team and to the Postseason All-Big South Academic Team. During her 2021 season, Janice led the GWU team in total ground balls and was fifth in the conference in ground balls per game. Janice has coached lacrosse for FCA Cincinnati since 2017 and is transitioning into a coaching role for Lift Lacrosse; 2023 will be her 7th summer. She also is the Varsity Assistant Coach for Walnut Hills High School. During her coaching career, Janice coached over 20 athletes that moved on to play collegiately. Prior to her collegiate career, Janice was an All-Conference player for Walnut Hills High School. She was also a former player for FCA Lacrosse Cincinnati.
