Coach Pat Thatcher
Starting in 2004 with journey into lacrosse coaching, Pat has coached youth, MS and HS. In 2021, he began his start at Thomas More University.
Pat is currently the Head Coach for the Thomas More Women Lacrosse team. His coaching journey started in 2004 with his daughter’s youth lacrosse team. Since then, he has progressed through middle and high school levels. Pat was the director of FCA Lacrosse Cincinnati and formed the organization’s first girl’s lacrosse club. During his career he also doubled as the strength coach at Anderson High School for 20 years, helping build the foundation for multiple championship teams across various sports.
He has a wife of 33 years, Cherie, four children, and a daughter-in-law. Faith, family, and sports have been staples of the Thatcher household. Pat aims to develop the best players on and off the field. Through lacrosse, he strives to instill the qualities of leadership and teamwork that will last well beyond the playing field.
Coach Jock Roeder
Jock serves as the girls' head coach at Lakota East HS
Jock holds the role of head coach for the girls’ lacrosse program at Lakota East High School. Prior to that he served as the offensive coordinator, goalkeeping, and draw control coach for the girls’ program at Milford High School. He has been providing individual instruction on all parts of the game for the since 2016, and holds a USA Lacrosse Platinum/Level 3 certification in the women’s game. He has 2 daughters that have greatly benefitted from the LIFT program both on and off the field, as both daughters have progressed to the collegiate level in lacrosse.
